In January, we launched a new customer portal that provides a transparent view of our client’s networks, enhanced security reporting, and even tools that help maintain an IT budget, providing and planning the resources you need over the course of a year. Our publicly available Knowledge Base, created by our training staff, contains articles, guides, and other pieces of content designed to help with technical problems, educate visitors on security-related matters, and show you how to use common tools to help take full advantage of your technology.
